History

Established in 2000

Started as a personal chef service in 2000. Freeway Gourmet continues to provide a unique, custom designed personal chef service, along with catering, and a retail cafe. Freeway Gourmet is known for their fresh, homemade foods. There are no cookie cutter menus - only menus designed to suit the client. The owner, Rosanne Feild is a product of her grandmothers cooking schools, starting in the kitchen at the young age of 5.

A graduate of grandmother's college of cooking, Rosanne Feild, owner of Freeway Gourmet Cafe & Catering, believes in fresh, healthy cooking with amazing flavors. Rosanne has had the opportunity to travel the world, allowing her to experience a wide range of foods and learn new and unique ways of putting together different flavors.
